Design process

Discovery

Before jumping into solutions, we need to understand the problem and explore it. It’s like taking a step back to really get what users need and what challenges they face.

By digging deep into the problem, we can make smarter design choices that truly resonate with users.

Research

It starts with gathering insights through research, talking to users, observing their behaviors, and collecting data.

This step is important because it ensures that we’re not just guessing what users want; instead, we’re basing our designs on actual needs and pain points.

Proof of concept

This step is where we can explore and test if the design solution can meet user needs and business goals.

We can gather early feedbacks in this design process, identify potential issues, and refine it with the team before developing it.

Prototype and handoff

This step ensures that our interfaces are not only intuitive and elegant but also user-friendly.

The next step is preparing the handoff. Building a clear documentation ensures that the product aligns with our original vision.
